All citizens and permanent residents of Canada 19 years of age and over may sponsor certain family members, provided the sponsor can show that he or she is financially capable of supporting that family member. There are certain other technical bars to sponsorship as well We can advise and assist you with your family class application. If you have already made an application and it has been denied, we will conduct your appeal to Immigration Appeal Division.
If you are a skilled worker applying for Permanent Residence as an Independent Class immigrant, you do not need a family member to sponsor you. However, if you have a close family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent residence, you will receive bonus points on your application.
If you are considering immigrating to Canada, please complete our On-line Immigration Assessment form and read Bars to Admissions to Canada.
