Michael G. Soronow
Michael Soronow completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Manitoba in economics, and then took his juris doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School. After completing his studies, Mr. Soronow practiced law at a small boutique firm in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Following that, he practiced with a large law firm in Kelowna before settling in Victoria, British Columbia.
Mr. Soronow brings significant experience and a diverse background to the practice of law. Primarily, he works with corporate and commercial clients in a wide range of business settings, including real estate, residential and commercial real estate conveyances and development, lending and secured transactions, commercial leasing, incorporations, shareholder, partnership & joint venture agreements, purchase and sale of businesses, and tax deferred rollovers. He also provides advice to clients in labour and employment matters.
Mr. Soronow is very community minded and has served on the board of a number of organizations. In addition to this work in the community, when he is not working Mr. Soronow enjoys time with his wife, baby daughter, and when the opportunity arises, the outdoors and golf.
